James took my call regarding servicing our 8yr gas heater that was playing up. On initially speaking with James, it felt like I was talking to an old friend. His friendly, professional, customer focused attitude put me at easy straight away. James managed to squeeze in the service the very next day! The fireplace is now back up and running!
